Service 02 · AeroForest Intelligence

AeroForest Intelligence

High resolution forest surveys that replace slow, dangerous ground work with rapid aerial data. LiDAR and multispectral sensors deliver timber volume, tree health and wildfire risk straight to your desktop.

The survey

Forestry data without the ground team risk

Walking a woodland to estimate timber volume or check tree health is slow, and it puts people on uneven, often hazardous ground. We fly the same estate in a fraction of the time, using LiDAR to build an accurate 3D model of the canopy and terrain, and multispectral sensors to flag stressed or diseased trees long before it is visible to the eye.

The result is a clear, measurable picture of your land: timber volume you can plan a harvest around, tree health you can act on, and wildfire risk mapped before it becomes an emergency.

  • LiDAR built 3D canopy and terrain models
  • Multispectral tree health and stress detection
  • Timber volume estimates you can plan around
  • Wildfire risk mapping across the whole estate

How it works

From flight plan to a desktop ready model

Click through the steps below to see how this service runs.

Plan the survey

We map the estate or block boundaries and choose the sensor mix your objectives actually need.

Fly LiDAR and multispectral

The canopy and terrain are captured together, so structure and health are measured in the same pass.

Process the data

Point clouds and imagery are turned into volumetric, health and risk models.

Deliver desktop ready outputs

You receive GIS ready 3D maps and reports your team can use immediately.

Walking the ground

Traditional forestry survey

  • Slow, on foot, block by block
  • Real risk on steep or unstable terrain
  • Sample based estimates, not full coverage
  • Health issues spotted only once visible
Flying the estate

AeroForest Intelligence

  • Whole blocks surveyed in a single flight programme
  • Nobody has to walk the hazardous ground
  • Full coverage, not just sample plots
  • Stress detected before it is visible from the ground
